HOTEL POLICY
Prices are per person per night for a minimum stay of 3 nights and include: heating, air conditioning, safe, tv / sat, wi-fi, parking, beach service, taxes and VAT.
Use of personal electrical equipment in the rooms only when authorized by the Management.
Any damage or breakages to the furniture and / or facilities will be charged.
In rooms smoking is prohibited.
The rooms, parking and beach service are reserved until 10.30 am on departure day.
Notice required in case of arrival after 18.00.
Reservations are deemed confirmed after the release of details of a credit card to guarantee the reservation or a deposit (30% total stay) by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Late cancellations or non-arrival (no-show) will be charged the first night. Late arrivals or early departures will be charged the entire reservation period.
The rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 10.30 am on the day of departure.
COMMUNICATING FAMILY ROOMS
For the first two floors are equipped with kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and 4 beds.
The third and fourth floors have sea views, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and can accommodate up to 5 people.
