RESERVATION POLICY
Bookings
Bookings will be considered confirmed when credit card details have been provided to guarantee the reservation or a deposit (30% of the total cost of the stay) has been received via bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made up to 3 days before the arrival date with no penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the first night’s accommodation being charged.
Late arrivals or early departures will mean that the whole of the holiday period booked will still be charged.
Check-in / Check-out
Rooms will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10.30 am on the day of departure.
