THE STORY


The  PROSCIUTTERIA DOK DALL’AVA was born in June 1988 with the aim of let the guests know that the ham DOK Dall’Ava is not only an appetizer, but a real main course.
If the ham is good, it has no-sense to cover its taste with pickles or vegetable in oil: on the contrary, the ham quality must be marked and that is why we combine only melon, figs and mozzarella cheese.
We have also created several other dishes, keeping always our Simply Luxury Food philosophy: the high quality of the food, never falling into banality.
